Prepare to be lightheartedly guided using breath, alignment, and anatomy. Her cues will help you remain present so that each expression is felt completely. The entire class will be either in a chair or using the chair/wall for balance. If you have a request, she will add it to the day's practice! Suitable for all bodies. $5 per class.

Paper artist Ree will teach a course on how to handmake cards on the First Thursday of the month. In this class, you will create three different, elegant cards using beautiful card stocks, designer papers, stylish stamps, ribbons, and embellishments. Cost is $5, with an additional cost of $5 for materials.
