The Brevard County Board of Adjustment (BOA) is a quasi-judicial body consisting of five regular members and alternate members, all of whom are appointed by the Board of County Commissioners. The BOA is empowered to hear and decide variances to the Zoning Code and Sign Code found in Chapter 62, Articles VI and IX. The BOA meets once a month, usually the third Wednesday of the month. The BOA meetings are open to the public.
